About this tool
The watermark is added as text on top of the page content. It is part of the page, so it prints and shows in any reader.
Select pages with the same syntax as Split PDF — for example “1-3, 5” — or leave the box empty for all pages.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use non-Latin text such as Arabic or Chinese?
Not currently. The built-in font covers Western European characters.
Can the watermark be removed?
A determined person with editing software may be able to. Use Protect PDF if you need to restrict access.
